1. Returns:

- Only products purchased directly from FragranceHouseInc.com are eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization number (RMA).
- Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package containing the returned item(s).

1.3 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
- FragranceHouseInc.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

2. Refunds:

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

3. Exchanges:
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

4. Exceptions:
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts with purchase are not eligible for return.
